Terms and privacy

An analytics product. Every number comes from public play-by-play and roster data published by nflverse, plus live odds from The Odds API. Historical results are facts; everything forward-looking is an opinion about uncertain events.

Wishbone is not a sportsbook, is not affiliated with the NFL or any team, and does not accept, place, or broker wagers. Team names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify teams.

No win rate is promised. Every spotlight is recorded before kickoff with its line and price fixed, then graded automatically from the final box score, and losses stay on the record permanently alongside wins.

Backtests shown anywhere in the product are measured against Wishbone's own implied lines, not against sportsbook prices, and are labelled as such. Past results do not predict future results.

Plans are $9.99 per week or $24.99 per month, billed through Stripe, renewing automatically until cancelled. Wishbone never receives or stores your card details.

Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. If the product is materially broken during a period you paid for, contact domenicdgenovese@gmail.com and the affected period will be refunded. Refunds otherwise follow the policy shown at checkout and any rights required by applicable law.

Wishbone stores your email address, subscription status from Stripe, short-lived sign-in tokens, and a signed session cookie. Stripe processes payment details and Resend delivers sign-in email; Wishbone does not receive or store your full card number. Password accounts store a salted password hash, not your password in plain text.

When product analytics are configured, Wishbone uses PostHog to understand product usage. Operational logs may retain request metadata needed to prevent abuse and diagnose a failure. Personal data is never sold.

Account and subscription records are retained while your account is active and as needed for payment, security, and legal obligations. Used and expired sign-in tokens are routinely removed. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact domenicdgenovese@gmail.com.

Creating a public profile makes your username, bio and uploaded photo visible to other people, including visitors who open your profile link. Account emails and billing details are not included in public profiles.

General chat messages are visible to signed-in community members. Friend requests, accepted connections, blocks and reports are stored to provide community features. General is not private messaging. Do not post private information, harassment, spam or unsafe content.

Fantasy rosters are private by default. Turning on profile sharing makes your starters and bench visible on your public profile. Turning it off stops further public display. Other people may already have seen or copied information you shared.

You can edit your bio, replace or remove your photo, delete your own chat messages, remove friends, and block members. Use message options to report content to the owner for review. Reports are not a guarantee of immediate removal.

Wishbone is a statistics and fantasy research product. It does not accept wagers, post odds, shop lines, publish plays or tell anyone what to bet, and nothing here should be read as betting advice. Every figure is a historical rate drawn from public play-by-play data, never a projection or a guarantee of a future outcome.

Wishbone is provided as-is. Data can be late, wrong, or missing: upstream feeds change and sportsbooks move lines without notice. You are responsible for any wager you choose to place, and Wishbone is not liable for losses arising from use of the product.
